چکیده
Fish meat and fish products are usually considered as healthy foods, mostly because of their content unsaturated fatty acids, which have a beneficial effect on human health. On the Serbian market, shellfish commonly present fresh, frozen canned, but not regulating monitoring existence high levels different chemical hazards can lead to health problems. The aim paper is provide an overview contamination from market with regard most significant hazards. following contaminants considered: lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, copper, iron zinc representing heavy metals metalloids; endrin, aldrin, dieldrin, lindane, endosulfans, dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) its derivatives organochlorine pesticides and; benzo(a)pyrene, benz(a)anthracene, benzo(b) fluoranthene chrysene four priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH4). Bearing in mind that there no food, including products, does contain harmful substances various hazards, need at national lower

Contamination profile of heavy metals in marine fish and shellfish
Rapid industrialization along with advanced agricultural activities led to the contamination in aquatic environment with heavy metals. Heavy metals ultimately pass into human body through having aquatic animals like fish, prawn and crab. In this study, accumulation of heavy metals (zinc, copper, iron, cadmium and lead) in various organs of four commonly consumed fish (Euthynnus affinis...

-The degree of non-neoplastic host-cell infiltration was assessed in 3 in vivo-in vitro tumour models commonly used in radiobiological studies: EMT6/Ro mammary carcinoma, 9L/Ro tumour and KHT sarcoma. While the 2 former tumour models have been shown to be moderately to highly immunogenic when grown s.c., the KHT sarcoma is apparently non-immunogenic. Using differential staining on single-cell s...
